Tony and Cassandra were incredibly patient, helpful, and kind. They really took the time to explain and lay out all of our options to fix our transmission issue. They were honest, upfront, and accommodating. I truly cannot recommend this shop enough. It’s rare to find mechanics or auto shops with this type of integrity anymore. Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Arrived and was greeted promptly. after a brief discussion handed over my keys and went to a very nice waiting room. 45 minutes later my vehicle was ready to go and was handed a complete vehicle report. A much better experience than my last experience at dealership. I will certainly be back and will recommend to my family and friends.

I would never recommend this shop to anyone. I brought my vehicle in for a startup rattle, and after spending approximately $3,500 on repairs, the problem was never fixed. My car was repeatedly returned to me as “repaired,” only for the exact same issue to continue. Instead of solving the problem I originally came in for, I was told more and more parts needed to be replaced. Throughout the process, I was treated with disrespect. When I tried to calmly discuss my concerns, I was met with yelling and a rude attitude rather than professionalism. Another customer even came outside during one of these interactions and mentioned they had also heard the same employee speaking disrespectfully to coworkers, which confirmed I wasn’t the only one witnessing that behavior. As a customer, I expected honesty, communication, and quality work. Instead, I was left with an unresolved issue, thousands of dollars in repair bills, and a vehicle I could no longer trust. Unfortunately, I was left with no choice but to purchase a new vehicle because I had lost confidence in the reliability of mine after everything that happened. I can’t say enough good things about this repair shop! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, honesty, and professionalism. IMy first visit to the shop was yesterday. I went to have my brakes inspected. They took me back and showed me how bad the front brakes were. Also told me and showed me back brakes and rotors were still good. The price to replace the front brakes and rotors was reasonable. They were very nice and professional to deal with.
